One of the main questions is:  where is the lease program available?

Here is a list of US states and utility companies that the lease company can work with.  I will add to this list as they inform me that they have made agreements with more utility companies.  If your states and utility company is on the list, the program is currently available in your area.

If your utility company is not on the list, check the second list.  The second set are the areas that we are working on the approval process.  It is still worth trying to sign up since you will go on a waiting list and if they get a bunch of people in one area, they will likely try to work out an agreement with that utility company next.
